Preparation
This is a key part of the process. We use specialist equipment and products to first clean the underlying metal structure. We then ensure we have the precise working conditions to start the application.
Application
Only after proper preparation and with the right conditions can the product be applied and ensure the highest quality, long lasting effect. We use our skill and knowledge to apply the correct amount of product to ensure the finest finish.
Finishing
Once the product has been applied, we then carry out a finishing application. This is an essential part of the blackening treatment as it will give a longer lasting finish and help protect against day to day wear.

Unlike most metal parkerising processes, which is hot work and has lots of Health and Safety risks. The product we use is applied by hand and is a cold application that is then sealed.
By using this method it reduces the risk of damage from heat and machine application, meaning your surface has our soft bare hands on it only. This all means it's a low risk operation, which is why we are used on building sites and residential premises alike.

We are a friendly team and like to do business in a polite, friendly manner, Due to the brand name product we use, we have to order the product to meet our customer needs. Like all companies we have some basic rules.
We ask all customers for 50% of the total invoice valve. But will review and treat each customer on an individual basis.
We ask all customers to settle their account on the last day of product.
Customers must understand that blackening a surface does not mean the surface will be black like in a paint finish, different metals will give different results, we will explain this in full to you at the quoting stage before works commence.
All coatings will last different amounts of time dependant on weather, environmental conditions and maintenance. The product is not designed to be used outdoors without a protective coating.
All terms and conditions will be outlined in the quote provided and agreed to before works are started.
